Comfortable workout wear and grippy socks are all you need. Socks are also required for hygiene reasons. If you don't have or forget a pair, that's ok, we sell grip socks at our studio for £8 a pair.

We have a strict 5 minute grace period for lateness and we cannot allow entry into class after the grace period due to health and safety reasons.

Like many studios, we operate a cancellation policy. The cancellation period runs from the time you make the booking until the time which is 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the booked session. If you cancel within the 12 hour period before your session you will be charged the full rate of the session.
